Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care system that blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of

medicine. The naturopathic philosophy is to stimulate the healing power of the body and treat the underlying cause of disease. Symptoms

of disease are seen as warning signals of improper functioning of the body, and unfavourable lifestyle habits. Naturopathic Medicine emphasizes

disease as a process rather than as an entity.

Dr. Tara's Approach

I am a naturopathic doctor by schooling. I blend evidence based medicine and the wisdom of ancient medical practices with an emphasis on Ayurvedic Medicine.

Dr. Tara's Mission

Think of me as the private detective your health never had. I'm somewhat of a scholar of "comparative medicine". I'll find what will work best for you and your personal constitution.

Together, let us produce a healthier happier you.
